Tournament Invitation

Entitled to participate:

• Players registered by the club´s senior captain with HCP limited to 36, as well as guests who are members of any other golf club with HCP limited to 36 according to availability of vacancies.
• Players will be divided into two (2) groups regarding their current handicap.
• Registrations will be made exclusively by the captains of the senior team and sent by e-mail. The registration form shall include: name, first name, club name, player´s years date of birth, club’s registration number and current handicap (example in Annex).
• Guests checking in, giving the HCP through his club.
• The maximum number of participants is 120.
• Recommended minimum check out time is - 10:00 hours one (1) day before the tournament.
• In case of illness or other reasonable sudden changes please indicate immediately.
• Registrations should be sent within 5 days prior to the tournament.

Rules

• Stableford Netto and Strokes Brutto, all with handicap adjustment. Tournament change HCP. According to the official Rules R & A Golf Rues (including amateur Status), Local rules (country and club). Using golf rangefinder which comply with the rules is allowed.

Start:

• 30.5.2018 Wednesday 10:00am hours
• CANON START !!!!!
• Tee: Men Yellow, Women Red

Fee:

• 40 € (EURO) including - green fee, entry fee, breakfast fot all players, refreshments during the round and lunch for registered players.
• 40 € (EURO) for guests
• For accomodations player evening meal and wine taste.

Payment - cash only!

Start list:

• will be published on the Internet and sent to each captain latest at 12:00 hours one (1) day before the tournament.

Evaluation and prices

• Category Brutto - the best player (1^st)
• Category Netto - 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place in each group.
• Nearest to the PIN
• Longest drive
• In case of the same result counts the 9 holes with lowest index. As next time the same result counts 6 holes with lowest index, after that 3 holes with lowest index and then sortition.
• THE WINNER WITH THE SUMMARY OF THE BEST BRUTTO AND NETTO POINTS WILL RECEIVE THE VOUCHER TO GOLF AND STAY IN TOURKEY

Regulation of competition

• Official information, as well as local rules and start will be posted on the club notice board on the day of the tournament.
• The decisions of the Competition Committee are final.
• Captains of the teams will start in the first flights.
• Changes propositions reserves the Competition Committee to launch the first flight. The tournament is completed with the declaration of winners.
